Seymour Duncan Pickups
Probably the best known pickup company in the world, Seymour Duncan is a leader. They earn that position daily with great pickups. We have enjoyed teaming with them to find just the right Duncans for our model.
The Quad Mod
The Quad Mod is Michael Kelly’s unique design for giving players an extra modern tone from the traditional three-way pickup selector. On old-school guitars with dual singe-coil pickups, the third selector traditionally blends both pickups together in parallel. The Quad Mod adds a fourth selection that wires them together in series, adding a thicker, humbucker-like tone with some added punch due to the separate placement of both pickups.
Features
- Traditional 50s body shape with cutaway for easy upper fret access
- Seymour Duncan® pickups for a thick sound
- Quad Mod add a fourth tone option for extra variety
